Muffler
A muffler is a component of the exhaust system designed to limit the noise created by the exhaust emissions. It acts to simultaneously reduce the speed and temperature of gases emitted by the engine.
Point S recommendation
- Mufflers and catalytic converters must be inspected at approximately 60,000 km. A gas emission measurement may be conducted at your Point S retailer to allow you to maximize vehicle performance and fuel economy.
