Point S Canada is the largest CAA-Quebec-approved network of tire and automotive service dealers

Point S Canada has been named the largest CAA-Quebec-approved network of tire and automotive service dealers. All Point S auto centers are subject to rigorous internal standards that ensure the quality of the repair shop, training, facilities and equipment, and, most importantly, customer service. The first step to becoming an approved CAA provider is completing the Clé Verte environmental certification program. Participating Point S dealers must then fulfil all CAA criteria to earn the distinction of being “CAA-Quebec Approved.”

These requirements are key to improving the customer experience at Point S. Point S dealers are committed to delivering the same high standard with each and every customer and upholding, if not going beyond, the three promises that make Point S a world leader.

“Our main focus is the customer experience. Point S customers deserve a stress-free experience, whether they’re coming in for new tires, mechanical services, or a windshield replacement,” says Patrick Lavoie, director of Marketing and Communications for Point S Canada. “Being the largest CAA-Quebec-approved network of tire and automotive service dealers proves that our repair shops meet exacting quality standards.”
