Since 1977, Pneus Vimont operated the mechanical workshop of the Petro-Canada service station at 1664 Boul. Des Laurentides. In 1988, the associates, from the automotive world, decided to invest in the new concept UNIPNEU, later becoming POINT S, a consolidation of tire dealers. Note that POINT S is the most important network of tire professionals in Quebec with more than 158 services points and a 400 000 square foot warehouse.

In 2002, after a renovation project worth one million dollars allowing to go from 3 to 5 service bays, the place was transformed exclusively in to a tire and car care center. We have equipment on the cutting edge of technology and our customers don't have to search for us very far, as we are set on the piece of land just south of our previous location. Being visible from the 440, we wish to attract a greater clientele passing through. This was the beginning of wholesale.

In 2004, Pneus Vimont leased an 8000 square foot warehouse in Laval's industrial park and acquired a new delivery truck to meet the growth of the distribution network.

In 2008, the expansion of Pneus Vimont's distribution network forced us to move to a larger 20 000 square foot area distribution center, now with 10 delivery trucks to offer an efficient customer service.

In the fall of 2013, Pneus Vimont acquired Pneus National. This merger enabled the creation of GROUPE VLN. Together, they have become a reference in the field of tires, alloy and steel wheels, heavy weight vehicule tire service and automotive maintenance in Laval. With a 40 000 square foot warehouse and an inventory of 50 000 tires ( civil engineering, heavyweight, car and truck ), also offering storage service, DISTRIBUTION VLN will meeet your every need.

The associates have built their company on integrity and personalized service.

The expansion of Pneus Vimont is a testimony to our vision towards the future and our desire to meet the needs of our faithful customers by its growing expertise.
